Kevin Davis, Organist/Choir Master at Calvary Episcopal Church in Summit, where he directs the Calvary Choir, Handbells, and Calvary Chorale. He holds a Master of Music degree in Organ Performance and Church Music (Choral Conducting) from Westminster Choir College where he studied organ with Joan Lippincott. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Organ Performance at Louisiana Tech University, where he studied organ with Ray Bradbury.
Mr. Davis has served Trinity Episcopal Church (Mobile, AL), St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (Mobile, AL) and Grace Congregational Church (Rutland, VT). In addition to church work, He has directed Rutland Area Chorus, Voices of Vermont, St. Paul’s Choral Society, St. Paul’s Schola Cantorum, Bella Voce of Mobile and most recently he served as the Interim Director of Concord Singers. He has performed organ recitals in Alabama, Louisiana, Vermont, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maine and Rhode Island. He has also served as organist for the Vermont Symphony Orchestra Chorus and the Mobile Symphony. While in Mobile he was on the faculty of the University of South Alabama as Adjunct Instructor of Organ, Music Theory (Aural training and sight singing) and Introduction to Music.
Mr. Davis is an active member of the American Guild of Organists, Association of Anglican Musicians, American Choral Directors Association and Handbell Musicians of America.
