Jacqueline Schiller, piano - Jacqueline Schiller holds degrees from The Juilliard School and The Mannes College of Music. She has performed extensively as a chamber musician and soloist with several orchestras including the Martinu Philharmonic at Carnegie Hall. She has She is collaborated with members of the New York Philharmonic in chamber music recitals at Merkin Hall, the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, the Guggenheim and the Roerich Museum. Jackie is a member of the Alacorde Piano Trio which performs throughout the metropolitan tri-state area as well as Double Take, the Battersby-Schiller two piano duo. Her recordings include a solo piano CD, a recording of music for two violins and piano with her parents, Allan Schiller and the late Eleanor Schiller, a recording of three Beethoven violin and piano sonatas with her father, Allan, and most recently a CD with her piano trio including works by Piazzolla, Gershwin and Turina. Jackie lives in Paramus, NJ with her husband and three children and maintains a busy private teaching schedule. She is happy to be joining the Ramapo College Music Department this year as an adjunct professor.
